Terms and conditions for using Heat-Plex services.

Agreement to Terms

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Heat-Plex Limited provides heating, plumbing, and gas services to residential and commercial customers in London. All work is carried out by qualified engineers and in accordance with relevant regulations.

Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to engineer availability
  • We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment is due on completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Guarantees and Warranties

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are in addition to our workmanship guarantee. Warranty claims should be reported to us as soon as possible.

Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at contact@heatplex.com. We will investigate all complaints and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
