Standard reactive attendance includes up to 90 minutes on site (60 minutes for out-of-hours attendances unless otherwise stated). Additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
Materials are charged at trade cost plus a handling and warranty margin. Parking, congestion and any specialist equipment are charged where applicable.
Planned works may be quoted at a fixed price following diagnosis and approval.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Some bookings may require upfront payment at the time of scheduling.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Workmanship warranty is provided on completed works (terms apply).
