Heat-Plex Founded
Started with a simple mission: bring honesty and reliability to the heating industry. Our first office was a small unit in Battersea.
Growing the Team
Expanded to 10 in-house engineers, all Gas Safe registered and rigorously vetted. No subcontractors, just trusted professionals.
Commercial & HIU Expansion
Became specialists in Heat Interface Units (HIUs) for district heating systems. Won major contracts with housing associations and property managers.
Service Plans Launched
Introduced our Care Plan range to give customers peace of mind with priority service, annual maintenance, and breakdown cover.
